A Winning Formula
I am extremely blessed to had the chance to Coach for Tsunami over the years and getting this chance to give back to the younger Tsunami Programs after completing my softball journey from 10U - 18u Gold softball is very exciting. I have amassed tremendous knowledge of what it takes to build a Strong-Balanced-Winning Team and look forward to sharing the 'key's to success with the players and families upon player selections after try-outs. You will find that I am extremely passionate about softball and teaching every aspect of the games to the girls.
Training Values:
I have 3 very specific areas of training that we will employ from our 1st day and you will hear me during try-outs echoing these 3 key growth area's. Much More to come on this program!
Speed - Strength Training / Softball Skill Specific Training / Mental Skills Training:
Core Values:
I have used 3 guiding values for selecting my players and In all cases without having these 3 (in this order) teams fail.
1. Player must be a Good Person. 2. Player must be TEAM 1st. 3. Player must have softball skills.
My Goal is to build a sustainable program that leverages my previous success and accelerate the learning for the younger players by integrating practices with the 18U Teams. I have seen enormous growth due to this and one of Tsunami's strengths is leveraging our other programs and I am happy to be able to give back to our future collegiate softball players.
In closing you will find we have a winning formula for getting the absolute best out of my players no matter what skill level they may be at... at the core of that is ensuring that our girls 'feel-good' about themselves 1st and know they have a staff of coaching who believe in them.
