18U GOLD YEAR IN REVIEW!
The 18U Gold Team Finished the 2017-2018 Season with a Combined Fall-Spring-Summer Record of 51-21-9 playing against the Northeast Best Team. We are a combination of Youth and Leadership with Jen Sweeney now moving on to assist team coaching Next Summer and Brenna following in her footsteps. These young ladies have solidified an already youth inspired program that plays hard every time we hit the dirt. We are happy to continue to support high-academic players who want to play on the North East in College.
The goal for this team is College preparation and by playing just accelerated the overall learning. We are not a club who worries about winning, however we teach winning comes from hard work and commitment.
As such we end up being a winning club while getting the valuable learning along the way.
Circle Of Life!
It gives me great pleasure to be able to bring back past Tsunami players as well as graduating Collegiate players to give back and help the girls in their journey to play at the highest level. Over the Summer it was great to have Ally Tufaro - Kean / MCC and Kaela Romano -Albright College back to support the Gold team as well as Mikayla Melendez - Ramapo College and Holly Arentowitz - Stockton College starting their journey to Coach 12U within our softball organization. Helping the team this year is Kaela Romano (2014 Tsunami Gold and Albright College) and Ally Tufaro (2015 Tsunami Gold and MCC)
Our goal is to supply the players with players who been thru this process and can help them advance both physically but also mentally. Thanks again to Kaela your doing a great job with the players and look forward to more throughout the fall and Spring Season.

Thoughts on Attitude !
No matter how good your softball skills are...they won't take you as far as your capable unless you have a TEAM 1st attitude. Winning is all about attitude, and it's attitude that separates true champions from everyone else. We will be a winning combination of a winning attitude and unrelenting pursuit of personal improvement
